Attack on Titan recently finished up its second season, but fans can’t get the series off their mind. The gritty anime turned its spotlight towards smaller-time soldiers with its recent comeback, and one of those leads is officially the favorite character of Hajime Isayama.
“Attack on Titan” author Hajime Isayama‘s recent interview allowed fans to get to know him in many different ways. From his hobbies to his drawing tools, the mangaka (manga artist) shared a lot of things about himself. During the interview, the author revealed his current favorite character in the series. Can fans guess who it is?
In the latest issue of magazine Febri, “Attack on Titan” creator Hajime Isayama shared a lot of information about himself. The 30-year-old mangaka from Oyama, Japan opened about himself to the fans.
“Reiner“. “As time progresses, my favorite character keeps shifting. My favorite is Reiner at the moment – I want to draw more and more of Reiner.” Isayama answered

Reiner Braun is the secondary antagonist of Attack on Titan. He is an Eldian of the Marley Warriors who grew up in Liberio’s internment zone. He is also a graduate of the 104th Trainees Squad and a former member of the Survey Corps .

In the year 845, he was on a mission with Bertolt, Marcel, and Annie to breach Wall Maria and infiltrate the military in search of the mysterious power known as the “Coordinate”. After his true identity is revealed, he serves as a major antagonist and foil to Eren Yeager.
